  My order arrived 2 days after I placed it. The resonator bells are well made, in sturdy cases and have a beautiful tone. I am very pleased with them and I’m sure they will be a part of my kids musical learning for many years to come. The invoice even included a handwritten note!

  I'm very happy! Ive just recently bought a Remo buffalo 16" vegan "black earth" drum. I'm so In love with it, such a beautiful rich deep tone! Groove warehouse is not just a drum store. I'm a sound healer and like to use different instruments in my sessions, they have such an array of different instruments and the items I've bought are always of such good quality! A very special thank you to Malcolm who sorted me out over the phone! So friendly and professional! Groove warehouse will always be my first port of call when I need new instruments. I'm sort of glad I live in a different state! Otherwise I'd be there all the time and very poor!

  Dear Malcolm, Many thanks for visiting me to adjust our timpani and orchestral snare drum. It's fabulous to be able to get orchestral standard service in Canberra. It's also important to me that our instruments are serviced by an experienced musician who understands the requirements of public performance. The "budget" priced snare drum bag is a beauty!   One of the most negative and frustrating shopping experiences I can remember having in recent times. I went in as a beginner looking for a specific part for my existing Yamaha kit. Counter person was unhelpful, Gary was arrogant and dismissive and even tried to sell me a new controller. Neither listened properly to what I was asking for. That was the first and probably the last time I will set foot in that place, and I will definitely not consider them when I eventually upgrade my kit. Very disappointed.
  
  I went back to Better Music, and their drum person was happy to help.
