  I have ordered from Alpha since March 2020 after a recommendation from family which started as receiving fresh produce over time became a waste of money given the bulk of orders I make. On Friday I received my order which was the $60 veg box and a seperate selection of different fruits - this was my first order since August as I wanted to give Alpha the benefit of a doubt and try again. I was utterly disappointed with my order by Sunday the various packets of berries started growing fungus it was absolutely disgusting. The zucchinis were so soft looked like they were going off and the watermelon had absolutely NO taste to it and was mush on the inside. Funnily enough I emailed alpha with my disappointment earlier in the year when I found the quality started to lack but never got a response. After my recent experience I felt the need to write a review as it is unfair for people to assume they are paying for quality and instead paying for fruit/veg that is on its way to the bin. May as well stick to Woolys and coles even that is fresher. It is pretty sad given I would love to support local business but on this occasion I won't use them again.
