    Monaro Air has no phone number ion their website to contact them (that I could find) Found a number on Google business, however no answer and no answer service.

    Monaro Air was requested to service my split system airconditioner. They arrived late and did not complete all of their advertised service items. It was probable that they did not even service the correct outdoor unit as they could not get to it with the ladder used and could not tell me where the unit was. The service man really only wiped the indoor unit with a rag instead of fully servicing it. The air-conditioner still did not work correctly when finished and the thermostat seems to not work correctly. It stops heating when the room is at 8 degrees when it is set to 30degrees.

    When I raised these issues the manager tried to intimidate me into believing they had done the best service possible.

    I do NOT recommend using their service!
